Leannan "Nani"
This sweet blue mink bicolor will carry on the bloodline of her beautiful momma, Anya. Nani’s loving and gentle nature made her an obvious choice to add to the program. She has inherited her momma’s icy blue eyes, luxuriously thick, semi-long hair coat, and tiny squeak of a voice. Snuggles are her favorite pastime.
Cirrus
This darling blue tortie mink, Cirrus will carry on Ginger's bloodline. Super sweet and a little sassy all wrapped up in an ultra-plush, silky-soft coat! Stunning jade green eyes with that dark little nose! She's very outgoing, loves to snuggle and give kisses. Anyone who has or had a tortie knows they've all got a little tortitude, and she's no exception! So far she has brought some beautiful and rare marked kittens and we look forward to seeing what else we get from my little sweet pea!
Retired Mommas
Anya
My beautiful blue point, Anya, has just the right of blend sass and class! She produced large kittens with thick fluffy coats and icy blue eyes. She is a clown and loves being the center of attention – no matter what it takes! Anya is by far the smartest cat I’ve ever known and the best momma I’ve had yet. Unfortunately due to an unexpected kidney infection that caused permanent kidney damage, it was in the best interest of her long-term health to retire her early. Even in her retirement she enjoys mothering anyone’s kittens, including discipline which Anya takes very seriously! Your adult cats will thank Anya for the work she's done with your new baby! Because of the special bond I have developed with her, she lives out her retirement here with me at Macushla - ruling as the most high Princess.
Lea
Miss Lea will always hold a very special place in my heart. Not only was she my first breeding female, but my first Ragdoll in general. Her generous kisses, deep devotion, and ability to comfort during the saddest of times showed me the addictive appeal of the Ragdoll breed. God knew what he was doing when he sent Lea into my life when He did. Lea helped me heal from the most difficult loss I’ve experienced to date – the passing of my kitty soulmate. She definitely made me a Ragdoll lover for life! Lea’s bloodline lives on in Berdee (Lea’s niece). She lives out her retirement with a lovely lady and her playmates, Smudge (one of Anya’s baby girls) and Misty (one of Ginger's baby girls). Thank you Penny for making letting go a little easier by loving her as much as I do!
Aveleen aka "Tootsie"
Aveleen, "wished/longed for child" in Irish, could not be a more accurate statement for this one-of-a-kind ball of fluff! She picked me, and how could I resist? With her bold, yet gentle and affectionate personality and those bright blue eyes... She couldn't be a better fit! She's the master of the Ragdoll “flop” and a marathon kisser.
I made the difficult decision to retire my sweet girl before breeding her, through no fault of hers. Due to the delay in adopting a new male breeder it was best for her health to be spayed to help prevent breast cancer. She went to a great home with littles to love on and play with, and is loving it.
Berdee
Miss Berdee, seal point, was our laid-back and loving "tank". She was always waiting for belly rubs – or her very favorite – armpit scratches! She loves giving kisses and has a loud, veracious purr. She has a soft medium length coat, fuzzy ears, those captivating sapphire blue eyes, and long freckled whiskers. Her most defining trait, however, is her distinct voice. She produced large kittens with semi-long hair and those deep blue eyes. She also occasionally passed on her one-of-a-kind voice to her kittens!
Berdee gave us so many wonderful babies during her time with us. We were sad to see her leave, but love knowing she's brightening the home of her new family!
Ginger
Gone from our lives too soon, but forever in our hearts...
The gorgeous red lynx mink, Ginger, added new colors and patterns to the breeding program. She produced large, beautiful kittens with silky soft coats who are outgoing and very cuddly! Ginger never met a stranger – everyone she encountered was an instant friend! She had a medium length coat that has the silky soft texture that comes with the mink pattern. She ha large, round peridot green eyes and the cutest pink button nose!
